We stand behind every Starframe™ with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If your order arrives defective or incorrect, we’ll promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note that because each product is custom-made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for issues based on personal preferences, including color, style, or design changes.

All sales are final.

If your item has a physical defect or you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us at support@starframe.gg and our team will work with you to make it right.

Green Shipping Protection
We offer Green Shipping Protection at checkout to provide coverage for issues during the shipping process that are outside of our control, including lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If you purchased Green Shipping Protection, you can quickly resolve shipping issues without going through the carrier claims process, helping us get a replacement out to you faster. This service also contributes to a verified carbon offset project to help make your shipment carbon neutral.

How to file a claim / Refund eligibility

Customers who did not purchase Green Shipping Protection should contact support@starframe.gg to inquire about refund eligibility.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
