By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate, you are authorized to use the payment method, and your order may be limited, canceled, or refused at our discretion. We may update product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without notice.

Platform and Payments
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform that allows us to sell our products. Payments are processed through Shopify and its third-party providers. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the terms of those providers. We do not store full payment details on our servers.

Pricing
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, correct errors, and cancel orders affected by inaccuracies.

Pre-Orders and Limited Drops
Some products are offered as pre-orders or limited releases. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that the item is not yet produced or ready to ship and that all shipping timelines are estimates.

Production and fulfillment may be delayed due to manufacturing, logistics, or demand. Orders that include pre-order items may ship only when all items are ready unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations and Refunds for Pre-Orders
Cancellations may be allowed before production begins. Once production is underway, cancellations may be denied. Refunds are issued at our discretion. Chargebacks before delivery may result in order cancellation and restriction from future purchases.

Fulfillment and Shipping
Many of our products are made-to-order or produced in limited runs. Please allow extended production and fulfillment timelines, especially during high-volume releases.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, or high order volume. Address changes must be requested quickly and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

Returns and Refunds
Unless otherwise stated, all sales are considered final. We may allow returns or exchanges in limited circumstances at our discretion. Items must be unused and in original condition. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Convention and In-Person Sales
Starframe may sell products at conventions, pop-ups, or other in-person events. All in-person sales are generally final unless otherwise stated at the point of sale. Return and exchange policies may differ from online purchases. Customers are responsible for inspecting items at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items after purchase at an event.

Resale and Commercial Use
Products are intended for personal use only unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel orders, limit quantities, or refuse service if we suspect bulk purchasing for resale or unauthorized distribution.

Intellectual Property
All content on Starframe.gg, including artwork, designs, logos, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Starframe. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

User Content
If you submit reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display that content. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or rights.
